Christmas Modern Calligraphy – Beginners Workshop Sunday 15th December 2019 10.30am – 12.30pm
Join ‘Leigh Calligraphy’ at The Foragers Retreat Studio for this treat of a Festive Workshop!
The Workshop will provide you with an introduction to the art of nib and ink calligraphy. You will begin by creating basic marks and strokes by tracing over worksheets then build to the lower and uppercase alphabet. Following this, you will learn to join letters to make words and festive phrases and create your very own A4 quote ready to frame at home. You will even have a go at making Christmas gift tags and cards ready to impress your loved ones!
All resources are provided and you will take home a calligraphy kit full of everything you need to continue your new hobby at home.
